2. Arriving patients at the airport with prior coordination by fax, phone or internet to inform us of the full details of the date of arrival in Jordan.
3. To provide hotel and apartment bookings service for the patient’s family and companions at competitive prices and accessible to all.
4. Instructing the patient to the appropriate specialist, center or hospital and arranging the appointment.
5. Follow-up procedures for the patient’s admission to the hospital.
6. Follow-up the results of laboratory tests with the competent doctor in case the patient has to travel before the results appear and send the response to him.
7. Follow-up of the patients’ affairs on Al-Shifa family in hospitals and in coordination with the specialist doctor and medical staff.
8. Follow up the preparation of the medical report of the patient from the specialist doctor after leaving the hospital and end treatment.
